Cory Monteith died from heroin and alcohol, says coroner

Sad if predictable results of an investigation into the death of Cory Monteith: The Coroners Service of British Columbia announced Tuesday that the "Glee" star succumbed to "mixed-drug toxicity involving heroin and alcohol."
